Assessment

To enjoy this personalized experience, the chef has created a detailed enrollment survey to help meet your needs. These services are meant to help you get more time back with your family and help you meet fitness goals. Consultations start at $50. You can enjoy these services in-home or have them delivered.

Billing

Full payment is due 24 hours before the cook date. Groceries are billed after service is complete. There is an initiation fee of $90 that covers your reusable materials and a personal insulated delivery bag.

Once your groceries are purchased, your meals will be prepared and cooled in the kitchen. Your meals will be labeled, packaged with reheating notes and instructions.
